ZOLTEK fabrics are widely used in the repair and upgrading of concrete structures, including bridges, columns, and beams. Our ZOLTEK PX35 carbon fiber significantly enhances load-bearing capabilities, reducing strain on infrastructure. This provides cost and scheduling benefits through minimally invasive repair methods and utilizes non-corrosive materials with exceptional fatigue performance. These fabrics are saturated with epoxy and applied to concrete structures using a wet layup process. Together with appropriate saturating resins, these fabrics form fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems, ensuring durable and effective structural reinforcement.

Available in various thicknesses and complex shapes, our pultrusion products offer optimized properties with high fiber volumes, nearly zero void content, and precise filament alignment.
  • Chopped & Milled Carbon Fiber – ZOLTEK’s chopped and milled carbon fiber solutions provide excellent foundations for composites aimed at enhancing civil engineering applications.
