QUALITY MANAGER

MAIN TASKS:

• Professional management of the work of the quality assurance and quality control organization
• Ensuring the effective operation and continuous development of the AS 9100 and IATF 16949 control systems
• Representing the company in customer relations, customer visits, customer and system audits
• Defining and monitoring corporate quality goals
• Responsible for the investigation of customer and supplier complaints
• Monitoring and improving product quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordination of internal corrective and preventive action tasks
• Responsible for all aspects of safety in Quality Department and Test Laboratories

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• MSc in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Engineering mgmt. or relevant field)
• Proven a min. 5 year experience in Quality Management/Quality Assurance (customer relations, audit management, PDCA, 8D, 5W, FMEA, PCP, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
• Proven min. 5 years leadership experience
• In depth understanding of Quality Assurance Systems and relevant Standards (ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949 standards)
• Proven internal audit experience is a must, external audit experience is a strong advantage
• Previous work experience in an organization that supplied large OEM’s
• Strong analytical, problem solving, technical and process skills
• Good organizational skills, attention to details
• Outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluency in English is a must
