Mental Health Awareness Toolkit
May is Mental Health Awareness month, but it’s essential to talk about and prioritize mental well-being year round. Make it easy by sharing the below communications and resources. You can find an in-network mental health specialist by using myCigna or calling the number on the back of your ID card. Help is only a phone call away. Cigna customer service representatives are available 24 hours/7 days a week.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.
This program includes
- 24 hour a day, 7 day a week access to EAP Professionals
- Telephone Assistance and Referrals
- Assistance for employees and eligible dependents.
- Resources for legal and financial assistance, Dependent and Elder Care, or Substance Abuse
- Access to a library of educational articles and resources

Talkspace
Talkspace is a digital space for private and convenient mental health support. With Talkspace, you can choose your therapist from a list of recommended, licensed providers and receive support day and night from the convenience of your device (iOS, Android, and Web).

MDLIVE
All participants in Zoltek’s Benefit Program now have access to a doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year for help with minor, non-emergency conditions for a $40 copay. Contact MDLIVE for help with adult medical conditions including but not limited to:
- Acne
- Allergies
- Cold and Flu
- Fever
- Pink Eye
- Rashes
- Sore Throat
Child Medical Conditions are also covered. These include but are not limited to:
- Cold and Flu
- Ear Infection
- Fever
- Pink Eye

Club Fitness Memberships
Zoltek has a corporate membership with Club Fitness. Unfortunately, this benefit is not available in Utah. This membership provides employees with benefits including:
- No activation fee
- No contract
- A reduced monthly membership rate (current cost is $10/month – including taxes)
All regular full-time employees and their dependents are eligible to participate in the program.
