Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, engaging and hiring the best talents
  • Manage internal and external recruiting platforms
  • Close cooperation with recruiting agencies and other relevant providers
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Participate in Employer Branding tasks and coordinate respective measures
  • Host and Participate in job fairs

Expectation:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven min. 5-year experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to details
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving/analytical thinking.
  • Agile and entrepreneurial mindset to find easy solution to complex problems
  • Pro-activity
  • High level of Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English is a must
