PX30 Scrim Fabrics

ZOLTEKPX30 coated carbonized scrim is a plain leno weave fabric, produced from 100% ZOLTEKOX spun yarns. The scrim undergoes a high temperature carbonization process to obtain a high purity (>99% carbon) mesh material. This high temperature resistant carbon mesh is given a flame resistant coating to make it easy to handle and install as a lightweight reinforcement in intumescent coating applications in the oil and gas and jet fuel handling markets.
